This Saturday saw the 2nd outing of the season for our Vets/Social team “The Desperados”
After appearing from the changing rooms around 3 minutes before kick-off and the usual last-minute position changes the game kicked off and found themselves once again against a well-drilled team and conceded a flurry of tries!
However the Desperados dug deep and with the help of one or two “34 year olds” managed to come back into the game for a final score of 39-29 to the visitors, including a 5 meter dash try for Tank!
Afterwards both teams punished their MOTM and DOTM with the usual pint-downing!
